Dr. Mariluise Nagel - who has been active in sales for nokra since April - will be happy to explain to you personally how the C-frame can measure with measuring accuracies from ± 1.5 micrometers at a strip speed of up to 2000 meters per minute.
The alpha.ti 5.0 system is implemented in both, process and finishing lines, and measures strips with a width of more than 2 meters. The measurement is carried out at a high frequency (up to 67 kHz) along the strip direction and, additionally, the cross profile can be measured transverse the strip direction.
The patented drift compensation and the measurement system analysis capable measuring gauge are nokra-specific features that guarantee precise measurement results under production conditions.
