We will be exhibiting our hot measuring cell, which uses a laser to scan the complete 3D contour of specimen at temperatures of up to 1,200° C immediately after forging, and checks it against cold dimension tolerances. At booth No. 102, we will demonstrate how the alpha.hot3D cell predicts the cold geometries of the evaluation features of hot workpieces with a measuring accuracy of up to ± 25 µm within just a few seconds.
