The goal of the application is:
- to measure the complete contour of each plate,
- additionally, to measure the topology in 3D - including the plate height data,
- and to store all this data and make it available online to the downstream processing stages and various departments.
The complete geometry data recorded by an automatic measurement systemis systematically analyzed with regard to the influences of a wide range of parameters on contour and flatness. In addition, product traceability is ensured and the stored data contributes to the digitalization of production.
