In the video, the nokra thickness measuring system operates in our assembly facility. In production operation, measurements are possible at strip speeds of up to 2000 meters per minute. With a measuring frequency of up to 67 kHz, strips over two meters wide are measured along the strip direction. In addition, the cross profile can be measured in transverse direction.
The measurement data achieves a measurement accuracy of 0.01 % of the measurement range. The laser measuring system, a drift-compensated C-frame with real-time deformation sensors (patented), offers three measuring ranges:
➡ 15 mm → accuracy ± 1.5 μm → repeatability ± 0.2 μm
➡ 25 mm → accuracy ± 2.5 μm → repeatability ± 0.4 μm
➡ 40 mm → accuracy ± 4.0 μm → repeatability ± 0.6 μm
