Lukas, an aspiring industrial clerk and a trainee at #nokra since August 2023, recently had the opportunity to complete a two-week internship abroad as part of his vocational training. In Dublin, he gained valuable insights into Irish work culture and business practices, while also exploring the city and surrounding areas.
For two weeks, Lukas swapped his training position in Baesweiler for an internship in Dublin. There, he worked in administrative operations, building on his experience at nokra in materials management, procurement, finance, and accounting.
With new impressions and experiences in hand, Lukas now continues his training and will soon gain further skills in sales, marketing, and human resources.
