Aachen Laser Seminar 2010
On December 9th and 10th 2010, the "Aachener Laser Seminare" are going to
be hosted by Fraunhofer ILT in Aachen.
The focus of this year's lectures is on "Application of laser sensors and laser based measuring systems in
process control and quality management of production processes". nokra GmbH is going to be
represented by its general manager Michael Krauhausen, giving a presentation on
"Laser sensors for geometrical inspection". In addition, several companies are going
to report about their experience with laser measuring devices in production, which for the
most part have been manufactured by nokra.

Control Exhibition 2010
As in past years, Claas Fertigungstechnik and nokra are presenting
their product portfolio in the field of online measurement technology
for automated inline inspection of geometric characteristics together
at booth 3505 in Hall 3 at the Control Exhibition 2010 in Stuttgart.
Our Inline measurement systems insoect within production:
- Shafts in different machining conditions (also in mixed order)
- Brakedisks
- Coponents like cradles and axis for vehicles
- Flatness and thickness of rolled products
- Profile of restiform products
- Geometric characteristics of pipes
We are going to introduce you to a presentation model of our shaft
inspection system and video demos of our gauges for automotive and
metal industries at our newly designed booth.

Attendance at ISIS 2010 in Wuhan
Introducing our products at a booth and with a talk about flatness measurement
for heavy plates, nokra takes part in the International Surface Inspection
Summit at March 4th and 5th in Wuhan (China).

With a presentation about "Measurement of aluminum ingots to improve the
grinding process" nokra takes part in the TMS annual meeting 2010 in Seattle
(WA, USA). Subject area is the improvement of aluminum inspection and processing.
